Success Story – June – Mr. Readon

    Mr. Readon came to Springdale Healthcare Center after a hospital stay that left him weak and unable to do his daily tasks or walk without assistance.

    Mr. Readon always looked forward to working in the therapy garden. He educated the therapist on what would work best to make our garden bloom. Because of his knowledge of gardening, we were able to produce squash, cucumbers, and basil!! Mr. Readon also loved participating in our therapy groups. His favorite group activity was our mock margaritas and nachos. After working with our team, he is now walking with his walker and is independently completing his daily tasks.

 We are surely going to miss Mr. Readon’s positive attitude and sweet smile in the therapy gym!
