Success Story – Nov – James Kirkley
Mr. James Kirkley Jr. came to Springdale Healthcare Center after a hospital stay that left him unable to safely ambulate and perform daily tasks independently. After education and guidance from the team, Mr. Kirkley began to show great progress and commitment to his therapy.
Mr. Kirkley worked very hard with our therapy team and is now able to safely ambulate community distance with his walker.
Success Story – Oct – James Gentry
Mr. James Gentry came to us after a hospital stay that left him non ambulatory and dependent with all selfcare tasks. Mr. Gentry’s determination and positive attitude has contributed to his success with therapy. After working with our therapy team, Mr. Gentry is now able to complete all self-care tasks safely and independently. Mr. Gentry was able to get his prosthetic resized while staying with us, allowing us to improve his overall mobility and safety.
Success Story – Sept – Sara Sanders
Ms. Sara Sanders came to Springdale Healthcare Center after a hospital stay that left her extremely weak, unable to walk, and dependent in all her daily activities. Ms. Sanders participated in therapy every day with a positive attitude and bright smile.
Success Story – Aug – Mr. Holmes
Mr. Holmes came to Springdale Healthcare Center after a hospital stay due to acute congestive heart failure. Before going home, Mr. Holmes needed to build his strength back up to be independent. Mr. Holmes required extensive assistance with standing and needed education on safety and fall prevention while participating with physical and occupational therapy. After working with our therapy team, Mr. Holmes is once again able to bathe and dress himself safely.
Success Story – July – Mr. Williams
Mr. Williams came to Springdale Healthcare Center after a hospital stay that left him unable to ambulate and independently perform daily tasks. He was able to participate with physical and occupational therapy, progressing with each session and thriving socially. After working with our team, he now can walk independently and do his daily tasks on his own.
